4 tablespoons apricot jam
3 fl. oz. [ cup] water
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine the jam and water in a small saucepan.
  2. Stirring, cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the lemon juice and stir well.
  4. Remove from the heat and strain.
