10 kiwi fruits
juice of half a large lemon
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, crushed
3 cups sugar
Directions:
- Peel the kiwi fruits, chop them and put them in a pan with the lemon juice and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil, simmer for five minutes, then mash the fruit pulp lightly in the pan.
- Add the crushed pineapple and sugar, bring back to the boil, and boil fast until setting point is reached (20-30 minutes).
- Allow to cool somewhat, stir, and put in jars as usual.
