pineapple jam10 kiwi fruits
juice of half a large lemon
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, crushed
3 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel the kiwi fruits, chop them and put them in a pan with the lemon juice and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil, simmer for five minutes, then mash the fruit pulp lightly in the pan.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple and sugar, bring back to the boil, and boil fast until setting point is reached (20-30 minutes).
  3. Allow to cool somewhat, stir, and put in jars as usual.
