Recipe Name: Lamb Steak with Prawns
Ingredients: 1/3 lamb steak, Simply Organic steak seasoning, Italian seasoning, 2 teaspoons grass fed butter (not 100% Paleo-friendly), 7 pre-cooked medium prawns, black pepper, and 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
Directions: Season the lamb with organic steak seasoning and black pepper. Heat some olive oil over low heat in a skillet and heat up the steak. Wait until one side turns brown and then flip to cook the other side. Once the lamb is almost cooked, slice it into medium sized chunks.
Now, sauté the garlic with some grass fed butter and then throw in the prawns. Stir for a minute or two and pour everything on top of the lamb steak.
Now you can enjoy one of the most delightful Paleo meals!
