An ideal accompaniment for curry, this Indian recipe for Adrak Chutney is quick and easy to make. If you have a blender the whole operation takes no more than W minutes. This chutney must be eaten immediately or, if stored in a closed jar in the refrigerator, within two days.
These chicken tikka kebabs can be barbecued or grilled, and are accompanied with a mint relish. Serve the kebabs as a starter to an Indian meal or as a main course. They are very good cold, in a lunch box or picnic.
