Buckwheat scones

Gluten free scones with ground cummin, linsseed, sunflower seeds.

6-8 breads

65 g flax seeds
200 g buckwheat groats
100 g buckwheat flour
200 g sunflower seeds
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp cumin
1 pinch herbal salt
130 gram hot water

Preheat the oven to 200°c.
Mix everything and pour the hot water over it and mix, until it gets a porridge texture. Make bread rolls and bake for 10 min.
