  • It's kale-season! - the kale is full of nutrients! Thanks to the healthy phytochemicals who has a high amount of sulfur it can actually prevent cancer and it has a high amount of antioxidants!
  • I also like to have coconut oil in the juice to keep the glycemic index low. Also coconut oil is a strong anti-inflammatory oil that gives you very good energy.
  • The ginger keeps you warm, and helps the digestion and circulation in your body. Perfect for cold feet - especially this time of the year!
  • Wheatgrass is my favourite "green-powder" - also full of chlorophyll, vitamins - but also high amounts of fibres, proteins, iron etc.

This is something that gives you quick energy - when you feel tired, don't have time to eat + rest but need something to eat (it's better to not eat if you are stressed because the body will unfortunately not have time to digest the food anyway) or if you just feel for a nice juice!

Just put everything in a blender and mix it!
