chicken soup with curry

If you catch a cold, chicken soup is needed(and a lot's of vitamin C, Zn, immunboosting herbs etc.)!



1 onion
1 chicken breast
2 pieces of garlic
1 carrot
0,5 zuccini
curry spices, salt & pepper

Heat the onion, chicken and garlic in the pan very gently and fast. Add water and spices. Cut the carrot and zuccini in to small pieces and add to the boiling soup.
Simmer for 15 minutes - ready.
