Miso soup with broccoli and fennel



0,5 onion
100 gram broccoli
100 gram cauliflower
1-2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon fennelseeds
1 tablespoon miso paste

Gently fry the onion in some olive- or coconut oil, add the rest of the vegetables and about halv a liter hot water.
Let simmer for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the stove, and add about 1 tbsp of miso and stir.

Served with a piece of raw food crackers.

This is a very tasty warming soup(miso + ginger), great for the digestion (fennel + ginger).
Plus; broccoli contains indole 3 carbinol wich helps the liver to remove bad estrogens.
