Scones with apricot

2 dl amaranth
1 dl buckwheat flour
1 dl buckwheat flakes
1 tbsp psyllium seed husk (fiberhusk)
1 dl sesame seeds
4 pieces of soaked dried apricots, cut into small pieces
2-3 dl hot water
spices and salt

Preheat oven to 250 degres c.
Mix ingredients together, it becomes a rather sticky dough.
Form into breads(about 1-1,5cm thick) and place on cookie sheet.
Bake until golden, about 10-14 minutes.
Now, the bread still might be very sticky inside - so if you wait a few hours this will be a very yummy juicy bread. You can eat it freshly baked also, but leave them in oven a bit longer.
