Chicken drumstick with rosemary and healthy salad

4 pieces of chicken drumsticks, allways organic or from a small farmer!
Organic extra virgin live oil
4 pieces of garlic
Rosemary, salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Marinate the drumsticks in olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper for about 30 minutes.

Prepare salad included saurkraut, tomatos, cucumber, avocado, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and some leafy greens.
Mash the garlic.
Take out the drumsticks from the marinade and put them in a form and add som lemonjuice, mashed garlic and more olive oil on them if needed.
Bake chicken for 20-25 minutes, until just cooked through, and juices run clear (not pink) when poked with a sharp knife.
