chocolate proteinbars

Perfect snack, after training etc. Rich in protein, low in sugars.

7-9 pieces
1 dl soaked buckwheat
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp maca
1 tbsp hempprotein powder
5 tbsp carob (or cacao)
1dl soaked raisin (optional)
1 tsp agave sirup (stevia is a good option if you don't want sugar)

Soak the buckwheat and raisin over night.
Rinse, and put the buckwheat in a food processor, mix.
Add tahini, maca, hempprotein, carob and blend to a compact batter.
Then you add the raisins and agavesirup.

Put the compact batter on a baking paper as a square, 1 cm thick and cut into bars.
On top I used sesame seeds.

Leave in fridge.
