Homemade chocolate bar

2 dl cacao butter, 1 dl cacao powder, 3 tbsp cacao nibs, 2 tsp pure vanilla, 6-8 drops of peppermint essential oil.

Just melt the cacaobutter and add cacao powder and the rest of flavors you want. 
This one has a taste that reminds me of "after eight".
Put the batter in a nice square bowl and leave in refrigator for two hours.
You can make patterns after one hour if desired.
