Homemade rye bread


1 dl flax seed
2 dl buckwheat flakes
spices
soak for 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 175 degres c.
shoot, and add 1 dl raisin, 2 dl buckwheat flour and som fiberhusk and mix.

Roll the dough out on a cookie sheet as thin as possible without making holes in it.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, then take it out and cut into rectangles and place on a wire rack.
Bake another 10 minutes on each side. So after 10 minutes you turn them. 
Let them drthoroughly in the oven.
