Simple lunch

Salad with spinach, tomato, pomegranate, roasted sunflower seeds, hemp seeds and lettuce.
Hoummus and feta cheese with a home-baked amaranth and apricot scone.

Simple and quick lunch. 
Not so warming though, especially if you live in a cold country like I do. So be sure to drink some good ginger tea and eat warming food the rest of the day.
