Preparing the perfect energy snack for the week


More energy balls!
Full of healthy antioxidants, fibre and fats in one piece.

6 dried figs
1 dl goji berries
1 dl white mulberries
1 dl almonds
2 dl sunflower seeds
Soak over night.

Mix the ingredients together with;
0,5 dl raw cacao nibs, 1 dl coconut flour and 1 dl raw cacao powder.
Roll into balls, add some sesame seeds and hemp seeds on top.
