cinnamon scones


After a lovely sunday with spring in the air it's nice to come home, light some candles and enjoy some reading, a cup of ginger tea and homebaked cinnamon scones with almond butter.

0,5 dl linseed, soaked for 30 minutes
1 dl almonds
1 dl sunflowerseeds
3 dl buckwheat flour
2 dl buckwheat-/oat flakes
salt
0,5-1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
2-3 dl hot water

Form to round breads.
Bake in owen at 250 degrees C, for 7-10 minutes.
