Fresh broccoli salad with roasted sunflower seeds


One broccoli head
0,5-1 dl sundried tomatoes 
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemonjuice
roasted sunflowerseeds & herbalsalt

Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces, put it in a food processor together with the sundried tomatoes, olive oil, lemonjuice and a bit of herbalsalt. Mix gently. 
Serve with roasted sunflower seeds.
