Ingredients
60 gram cacao butter
3 tablespoon cacao powder (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
chili powder
cinnamon
Melt the cacao butter in a hot-water bath.
Water bath: Fill a large skillet with water, and heat to just below simmering. Place the cacao butter in a heatproof bowl, such as stainless steel, and place the bowl in the water. Gently and constantly stir the cacao butter while keeping the water below simmering.
Add the cacao powder, coconut flakes and the spices while gently stirring.
Pour the chocolate into a glass bowl, I use a bowl with the measure of 10 cm x 16 cm, just make sure that the size doesn't make the chocolate cake to thin or thick.
If you'd like to you can but some decorating on top before put the glass bowl in the fridge.
Around four hours later the chocolate bar will be ready to eat, and you can now cut it into smaller pieces.
Enjoy!
