Kick-start with this cacao-smoothie

Recipe

Ingredients
for 2 persons
1 banana
1 dl blueberry
2 dl soymilk
3 tablespoon cacao
1 teaspoon cinnamon
0,5 teaspoon spirulina
0,5 teaspoon wheatgrass
0,5 teaspoon lemonjuice

Mix the ingredients in a blender,
good start if you're doing work out in the morning.
