"Seedy" low carb bread



1 msk fiberhusk
1 dl water

2 dl pumpkinseeds (or almonds)
2 dl sunflowerseeds
1,5 dl linsseed

1,5 dl buckwheat
1 egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon seasalt

Soak the fiberhusk for five minutes. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.
Gently mix pumpkinseeds, sonflowerseeds and linsseeds with a hand blender into smaller pieces.
Add all of the ingredients together with the fiberhusk and make one big round bread of it. Place in the mittle of the oven, and bake for 60 minutes.

Serving suggestion; with avocado, hummus, dried tomatoes, salad and olive oil.
