Ingredients
3 bananas, smashed
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon grounded bourbon vanilla
1 teaspoon grounded cinnamon
1 egg
1 tablespoon agave sirup
1 teaspoon bakingpowder
1 ounce salt
3 dl almond flour
1 dl coconut flakes
0,5 dl buckwheat flour
1 tablespoon of 100% chocolate pieces, on top
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. With a fork, mix the coconutoil into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the egg, vanilla powder and the agave syrup. Sprinkle the baking soda and the salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Butter a 25 x 10 cm large loaf pan with coconutoil and sprinkle coconut flakes before you pour the mixture in it. Add the chocolate pieces on top and bake in oven for 40 minutes.
