Read on to get the detailed instructions.

Rosemary garlic marinade is my playful way of giving pork a different flavor. I am fond of cooking pork with garlic, which is evident in these popular recipes: garlic and pepper pork and garlic pork with coriander. This recipe is no different. I'm also using my secret cooking weapon, garlic, for this marinade.

Easily, we can just put artificial seasonings (e.g. Knorr, Maggi Magic Sarap) unto fried pork and have an absolutely flavorful dish. Correct? However, we can do that too; and, do away with trans fats and msg that those additives bring. By using herbs and spices in our dish, we can create a masterful dish, also rich in flavors minus all the heart-threatening ingredients.

Let's begin.

Ingredients in making rosemary garlic marinade:
- rosemary leaves

Rosemary Garlic Marinade

- garlic, chopped or crushed
- salt and pepper
- cooking oil
- sesame seeds (optional)

Making the rosemary garlic marinade is very easy. All you do is mix all the ingredients; and rub with in your pork. I prefer pork tenderloins cut since it has the least cholesterol in pork. Just add a little cooking oil into the marinade. It should help bring the flavors together.

You can cook this after some 20 minutes of marinating. You can also put this in the freezer for future meals.
