Feta-spread with sundried tomatoes

Buckwheat-toast with avocado, feta-spread, grapefruit and dandelion & burdrock tea.

Recipe for 2-4 persons

200 grams feta cheese
4 pieces(1/2 dl) of sundried tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Black pepper
1/2 dl sunflower seeds

Just put the ingredients together in a bowl and mash it with a fork, or mix it with a blender for a more creamy spread. If you choose the first alternative, cut the sundried tomatoes into smaller pieces before mix it with the other ingridients.
Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan.

Serve the spread with the roasted seeds on top.

Serve as a dipp, spread or salad dressing.
