Cooking Crab Fried Rice

Is it the same old story with you and your fried rice? Perhaps, I can help. I've discovered yet another simple, fun way to cook fried rice. And, like most of my home recipes, this one's quick to do and very easy to follow.

Let's cook fried rice with crabs!

Cooking Crab Fried Rice

Here's a bit of a cooking tip, first on crabs. Do you enjoy de-boning crabs? To be truthfully honest, it's not my favorite thing. So, I buy them pre-cooked and de-boned in the market. It saves me a lot of cooking time. I freeze my crabs in small containers so when I need some, I don't have to defrost all and re-freeze the remaining lot that I won't use.

Notice that I didn't add any other seasoning into the dish. You don't need additional MSG into your dish to make it taste great. If you're fond of onions, you can also add chopped onions into this dish. In which case, you saute' them right after the garlic.
