How'd you like cooking this omelet with cheese recipe?

Omelet or omelette? How ever way you spell it, they both taste great! These fancy terms simply refer to scrambled or beaten eggs cooked in a non-stick pan. Some put fillings in them, others don't. Some fold the eggs in 2; while I like mine rolled.
Omelets taste great even without cheese. If you're not fond of cheeses, cook omelet without cheese. Eggs are tasty on their own because they have their own fats; so cheese is not really an issue. You don't have to add butter, too; especially if you're watching your cholesterol level.
This omelet recipe I'm sharing with you is my take on a healthy omelet recipe.
Ingredients in cooking omelet:
- egg, beaten well
- tomatoes, diced
- green chili pepper or bell pepper, diced
- mushroom, diced
- cheese, diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- cooking oil

Steps in cooking omelet:
1. Heat the cooking oil.
2. Put all the ingredients in the pan, except for the egg and the salt and pepper. Mix well.

3. Put the eggs. Do not stir outright. Let it sit for a little while as if cooking a pancake.

4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Put the heat to a higher notch.
6. Fold or roll the egg. (I prefer rolling.)

7. Carefully plate the omelet in a dish.

8. Serve and eat while hot.

Make sure that the yolk and the whites blend together that you can't distinguish one from the other. It's one of the secrets of a making scrambled eggs. Use an egg beater if you have one. Else, prepare your arm muscles for this undertaking.- onions, diced

- green chili pepper or bell pepper, diced
- mushroom, diced
- cheese, diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- cooking oil
Steps in cooking omelet:
1. Heat the cooking oil.
2. Put all the ingredients in the pan, except for the egg and the salt and pepper. Mix well.
Make sure to put the heat in low-medium to allow the ingredients to soften without overcooking.
3. Put the eggs. Do not stir outright. Let it sit for a little while as if cooking a pancake.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Put the heat to a higher notch.
6. Fold or roll the egg. (I prefer rolling.)
Tilt the pan towards you. Using a spatula, slowly turn the egg on this side until you have completely rolled the egg over.
Let it rest for a while to allow the eggs to form.
Use your spatula to curb the 2 ends of the omelet.
Roll again.
7. Carefully plate the omelet in a dish.
8. Serve and eat while hot.
