I always go for citrus juices when I'm down with colds. When a sneeze builds up, I'm off to the grocer's to buy the ingredients for my secret weapon. I feel it's about time to share it and save the world one runny nose at a time.

Ingredients in juicing against colds:
  • Tangerine, halved
  • Lemon, halved
  • Lime, halved
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Soda water
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Ice

Directions in juicing against colds:
  1. Juice the 3 fruits in one container or in a long glass.
  2. Sweeten the concoction with honey.
  3. Put a dash of salt.
  4. Add the mint.
  5. Put ice.
  6. Add soda water up to the tip of your glass.
  7. Enjoy with crackers.
