Endive salad with avocado and tamari roasted almonds

Simple salad.

Serves 2

60 gram fresh spinach
1 Avocado
1 large handful of broccoli sprouts
1/2 Endive salad
1/2 dl sundried tomatoes
1/2 dl tamari roasted almonds 

Salad dressing:
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp olive oil
Herbal salt & black pepper

Wash and rinse all the vegetables. Cut the avocado into cubes. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the dressing, blend it carefully. 
Served with boiled egg and seed crackers.
