The classic homemade banana ice cream, with chocolate and vanilla..

2 servings

2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Toppings ideas:
Fresh berries, almonds, nuts, coconut flakes, goji berries, cacao nibs. 

Slice bananas into chunks and place in a plastic bag or container and leave in the freeer. The bananas need 5-6 hours to freeze.

Place the bananas in a food processor, or in a bowl if you are using a hand blender. Add the cacao and vanilla and blend for about 3 minutes, until it gets really smooth.

Eat as soon as possible, or put it in the freezer again for later. As it is preservative free it will melt faster!
