With excercise comes energy, and with energy comes motivation for more excercise!
During your workout (biking, running, pilates, yoga, swimming, surfing etc.) you boost circulation and sweat out toxins from your body. After excercise you want to support your body with nutrition and protein to take care of free radicals and ensure maximum recovery.
There are many products on the market today that promise all kinds of results for stronger muscles and so on.
Unfortunately most of these products contain perservatives and often a lot of sugar. Be careful, don't believe everything and stay as natural as possible!
Of course your phsychical and emotional state affect your energy levels too, but diet has a huge role in your strength and fitness level.
I believe balance is important for all things in life, including excercise. Extra support with supplements is sometimes needed to get that energy boost, and helps to avoid damage, but otherwiseit is nature and your diet itself, that has pretty much what we need depending on your individual lifestyle.
The fact that our bodies are still built on genes from hundreds of years ago (before the invention of preservatives) means that we live healthier and feel better using as many natural foods as we can. It is amazing how results from exercise improve changing only your eating habits. Fit and aware people are often more motivated to see results from exercise, and that is one of the reasons I like to work with them, helping with nutrition and supplements.
With that said, I want to give you some extra inspiration to move your body. Eat natural foods to give you the best nutrition for a nice, natural and fit body, while at the same time enjoying it!
