Gluten free muesli

Home made muesli



2 dl almonds
2 dl Sunflower seeds
3 dl buckwheat flakes

1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
3 tsp cinnamon

1 dl dried mulberries
1,5 dl puffed quinoa
2 tbsp cacao nibs

Heat the oven to 165 degrees C. Mix the almonds, sunflower seeds and buckwheat flakes with the coconut oil and cinnamon. Roast in oven for 15 minutes.
Take out and let cool. Add mulberries, puffed quinoa and cacao nibs.
