Carrot and Spinach Dip

Creamy vegetable party dip is loaded with spinach, fresh carrots, celery, red onions, sour cream, mayonnaise and a vegetable soup mix. Seven simple ingredients combined together makes this luscious and creamy dip that is not only delicious and addicting, it's perfect every time.

We love to incorporate fresh vegetables into simple dips like this one. Not only it's creamy, the shredded carrots and celery offer a crunchy texture to it and a flavor everyone will love. This is also a great "make-ahead" dip you can serve as an appetizer, and know in your heart your family and friends will enjoy eating this one - until it's all gone!

A definite crowd pleaser and kid-friendly too!  You'll be thrilled to know they're eating healthy greens and carrots before dinner.

For additional crunch, you may also add in chopped water chestnuts. This dip is best when it's chilled for a few hours, or overnight.  Serve it with plenty of your favorite thin breads, crackers or veggie sticks. This is basically a spinach dip with more healthy raw vegetables added.  It is so amazingly good- you'll want to make it often!

But don't take our word for it- you'll have to try it.  ENJOY!
