For me cooking is like painting, or writing. It is a way to express your creativity and experiment with colors, texture and different tastes. Then it's just a big bonus that it feeds you and make people happy.
Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water
soak for 15 minutes
1/2 cup oat flakes
1 1/3 cup rice flour
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
pinch salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Soak the chia seeds and then just add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and pour in a bread form. Bake for 25 minutes, until its all cooked.
Delicious with some avocado, nice goat cheese or nut butter..
