Raw porridge with vanilla and coconut – super easy to make..
|Most french people are not big break fast eaters…
– though Swedes happen to love it… 😉
100g buckwheat or oat flakes
30g “kasha”, roasted buckwheat groats (you can also only take flakes, but i like the mix with kasha as it gives a crunchy texture to it)
1 tsp chia seeds
50g coconut flakes
200ml optional milk (i like it with almond or oat milk)
some vanilla borboun
I also added some pumpkin seeds in the mix..
Just put all the ingredients in a glass or small bowl and let sit in the fridge over night.
Next morning, breakfast ready to eat….
Add your choice of berries, banana or honey and serve!
