Spaghetti is  long, thin, cylindrical pasta of Italian origin.it is a simple and Easy recipe can be made quickly. Tomato when blended with Spaghetti will taste awesome. Since it is in shape of Noodles, kids love a lot.


Spaghetti Recipe(Indian Style)

Ingredients

Spaghetti – 250 gms.
Onion – 2.
Juicy Tomatoes  – 5.
Garlic – 4
chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp.
Salt – for taste.
cilantro – 1 tbsp.
Olive oil/Cooking oil – 1 tbsp.
turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp.

   

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta, as per instructions.(Take a Wide vessel, and allow water to boil, when it comes to rolling boil, add spaghetti and let it cook, till soft).Then drain it in a colander and keep it aside.
  • Blanch the tomatoes:Allow the water to boil, in  a vessel, when water starts boiling, add tomatoes, cook it, till you get crack in tomatoes, when it cools down, remove the skin of tomotoes, then grind it in a mixie into a smooth paste.Now tomato Puree is ready.

 

Method
  • Heat the oil, add Garlic, when it turns Golden brown,  add onions, add cilantro when onions turns  golden brown colour, add tomato puree, add chilli powder,turmeric  powder,and salt.

    • When puree starts boiling add cooked Spagetti, Mix well. Serve Hot.

       Notes

      • bring the water to rolling  boil, and cook the spaghetti till soft, and firm. 
      •  Mix well in a way that spaghetti is well coated with pasta.
