Zucchini hummus – with garlic and coriander

Pumpkin seed oil is delicious as simple salad dressing itself, but
also very healthy and good in hummus and other dips and dressings.

1 big bowl

1 zucchini
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1 handful coriandre
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pumpkin seed oil
sea salt 
black pepper

Rinse and cut the zucchini in smaller pieces. 

Option, cooked; 
Heat up a pan with some coconut oil. Grill the zucchini and the garlic on low temperature until the zucchini has soft texture.

Add all the ingredients, raw or cooked, in a blender and mix until smooth texture. Add spices if needed. 
Serve with salad, some crackers or other goods…
